Afrikaanse Hoërskool Sasolburg invites submissions from interested parties for the management of the school tuckshop. We are looking for service providers who are passionate about food, committed to promoting healthy eating, and capable of contributing positively to our learners' and staff's well-being.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop & manage menu, source ingredients, ensure food safety & hygiene.
• Prepare & serve food efficiently, manage stock & inventory.
• Handle cash, maintain financial records, be responsible for profits/losses.
• Comply with regulations, manage permits & licenses.

INFORMATION TO BE INCLUDED IN THIS SUBMISION

• Registered business with full contact details.
• CV, references & ID of the provider
• Police clearance (or proof of application), for provider and assistants, excluding learners/staff.
• Detailed menu with pricing and portion sizes, equipment provided.
• Proof of efficient service, high-quality & competitive offerings, professional & experienced
• Potential for added value.

SUBMISSION

Interested service providers should submit a detailed proposal outlining their qualifications, experience, methodology, and proposed timeline by 12:00 on 08 March 2024.

First day of duty 03 April 2024.
